The Finance Department is responsible for all accounting, budgeting, and financial services for the city. These services include:

• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable for water / sewer billing
• Collection of real, and personal property taxes
• Fixed assets
• Front office customer service representatives
• Grant administration
• Leases and other miscellaneous charges
• Payroll
• Preparation of the annual budget and financial statements
• Purchasing
