Dr. Angela Alfaro will lead a brief discussion on the monthly Walk with a Doc. topic "Unconventional Rules for Healthy Holidays". We will then proceed to WALK inside.
December 2, 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM @ Valdez Swimming Pool
A fun time with both pools open, the diving well is open to use the diving board. No lap lanes are available. All ages welcome, children 6 and under must have a parent or guardian in the water within arms reach, children 7-11 must have a parent or guardian present.
December 2, 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM @ Lap Pool
A time dedicated to getting exercise through swimming laps. Must be 14 years old or older.
December 2, 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM @ Wading Pool
A time for tots and their parents or caregivers to explore the warm water pool. Geared towards children that are 6 and under, parent or guardian must be in the water within arms reach of children.
