Open Rock Wall

December 20, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM @ Rockwall

Rock Wall is open for all ages to climb with a belay or to boulder below 8'. Every one must have a signed waiver on file for the 2012-2013 climbing season. Children ages 8 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Join an instructor led work out in the water, using the water as resistance, as well as other work out equipment for the pool. Low impact strength and resistance training on Tuesday and Thursday. All abilities welcome, if under 14 years old, must be accompanied by an adult.

December 20, 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM @ Valdez Swimming Pool

For parents and children age 6 or younger. Small, warm water pool, toys provided. Parents must be in the water with their children.

Lap Swim 12:30-1:30pm

Lane lines are used to separate swimmers and reduce waves.

Rehab/ Therapy Swim 12:30-1:30pm

Warm water pool open for rehabilitation activities.
