How do I get a copy of a fire or EMS report?
For fire and EMS reports, a written request is required. Provide a name, address, date, and time (if known). All EMS reports must have a patient consent release signed prior to obtaining the report. Requests may be faxed to (907) 835-3420. Usually, reports can be made available within 24 hours after your request.
